Real Estate Development

Our real estate lawyers work with regional and national developers as well as a broad collection of institutional owners, municipalities, and public agencies. We provide clients with transactional, due diligence, entitlement, compliance, and advisory services. Our development work includes counseling on land acquisition, entity selection and formation, permitting, tax strategies, construction contracts, architect agreements, condominiums, and resorts, hotels, and other recreational facilities.

Real Estate Finance

A broad range of institutional lenders and borrowers—as well as developers, private equity funds, and publicly traded REITs—rely on us to negotiate, document, and close mezzanine, construction, and permanent real estate loans and related transactions to help meet their business goals.

We have experience advising clients on green building and sustainable development matters, including green leasing and issues related to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Energy Star certifications.

Infrastructure Energy and Environment-Related Projects
