The International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) has published Class and Group Actions Laws and Regulations 2024, which provides corporate counsel and international practitioners with a comprehensive worldwide legal analysis of the laws and regulations relating to class and group actions.
Partners Chris Warren-Smith, Joanna Christoforou, Paul Mesquitta, and Leonidas Theodosiou co-wrote the chapter on collective actions in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Chris and Paul, along with associate Keir Baker, served as the contributing editors of and co-wrote the preface to the guide.
