HOUSTON, April 26, 2024: Morgan Lewis and client Evolution Strategy Partners earned the Deal of the Year award in the Business Services category as part of this year’s Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston Deal of the Year Awards for the acquisition of Champions Hydro-Lawn by its portfolio company Ethoscopes. The annual ACG awards ceremony celebrates Houston-area bankers, outside law firms, and key advisors involved in the most noteworthy middle-market mergers and acquisitions of the year.
Houston Landscapes Unlimited joins Ethoscapes’ family of brands, which includes Westco Grounds Maintenance, Outdoor Development, and Tree60. Their combined industry fortitude and expertise now includes more than 700 dedicated personnel and serves more than 600 commercial, municipal and residential clients in the Houston metropolitan area.
Partner Jeff Dinerstein and associate Kelsey Warren, who represented Evolution Strategy Partners, were also honored last year at the Houston ACG Deal of the Year Awards for 2022 Deal of the Year and in the Transportation & Logistics Deal of the Year categories.
