LONDON, December 8, 2023: Morgan Lewis has been recognized on the shortlist of TMT Finance’s TMT M&A Awards EMEA 2023, which recognize the leading telecommunications, media, and technology mergers and acquisitions advisors, investors, and dealmakers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The firm is recognized in the following categories:
- Europe Tower Deal of the Year for GD Towers, where Morgan Lewis represented global digital infrastructure investment firm DigitalBridge Group Inc. on the antitrust and foreign direct investment aspects of its acquisition of a 51% ownership stake in GD Towers.
- Europe Tower Deal of the Year for United Group, where our firm represented TAWAL Europe Holdings S.à.r.l., an affiliate of Saudi Telecom Company, on its acquisition of United Group’s telecommunications towers business in Bulgaria, Croatia, and Slovenia.
- MEA TMT Deal of the Year for Zain Iraq, where Morgan Lewis advised TASC Towers in connection with the sale leaseback of the Zain Group’s passive physical infrastructure of 4,968 tower portfolio in Iraq.
- TMT Deal Advisory Rising Star for partner Anastasia Dergacheva in recognition of her high-profile work in European and Middle Eastern TMT space.
