Partner Alan Leeds, a Dealmaker of the Year finalist for the New Jersey Law Journal’s 2023 New Jersey Legal Awards, was featured in a Q&A with the publication. Alan discussed successes from the last year and the importance of building strong bonds with clients.
“Understanding clients’ businesses and sensitivities, constant communication, and proactively providing advice/updates on issues that may impact their businesses are all key elements of developing strong relationships,” Alan said. “While turbulence in the economy may impact valuations and dealmaking, it also leads to opportunities to provide legal guidance as clients try to navigate more challenging times.”
