Our representative litigation and claims cases for hospital projects include:

• Represented a university hospital concerning construction of a $100 million addition to this teaching hospital. Claims involving the general contractor/construction manager, design professionals, and some 30 trade contractors, exceeded $50 million. Actions were filed in California state court and in arbitration.
• Claims by a general contractor (and several subcontractors) for additional compensation arising out of construction of new hospital on a Northern California university campus
