Nancy Young has practiced business law for more than 30 years, focusing on corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; finance; and securities law. Her clients are involved in a wide range of industries, including advertising, insurance and consumer product manufacturing. Nancy speaks Japanese and Mandarin Chinese. She lived and worked in Japan for a number of years, including two years as resident partner.
