Toshikazu Sakai has experience in the structuring and offering of investment funds, securitisations of real estate and receivables, syndicated loans, structured finance transactions, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, and banking regulations matters. He is a member of Bingham’s investment funds practice in Tokyo.

Toshikazu joined the firm’s Tokyo office in September 2008 from Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu.
