Amy Lonergan practices in Bingham’s Estate Planning Practice Group, where she focuses on sophisticated estate planning techniques for high net worth individuals and families. Amy also has extensive experience in trust and estate administration as well as philanthropic planning for individuals and private foundations. Her practice consists of the preparation of estate planning documents, including estate and gift tax minimization strategies, life insurance planning, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, and charitable gift planning.
In 2012, Amy was named a Massachusetts “Rising Star” in Estate Planning by Super Lawyers magazine. According to Super Lawyers, “Rising Stars” are the state’s top up-and-coming lawyers, with no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state being named to the list.
