Keen Transport is a U.S. provider of heavy-haul logistics and transportation services for the construction, mining and agriculture equipment markets, while Cressler Trucking is a general commodity carrier that provides packaged goods transportation, primarily in the Northeast U.S. Platinum plans to build on the Keen legacy by pursuing growth organically and through prospective add-on acquisitions. Bingham’s deal team included partners Jim Loss and Mark Oland and associates Kate Schuler, Matt Raeburn and Tyler Mah, while partners Steven Miller and Roger Lustberg and associate Josh Holt worked on the financing side of the transaction.
