AmLaw Daily. Prime View is a public company traded on the Taiwanese stock exchange. E Ink, headquartered in Cambridge, Mass., is a developer of the technology that is the basis for the print and screens used in the e-book industry. Prime View, using E Ink technology, supplies the hardware for the Amazon Kindle, Sony Reader and many other digital book devices. The transaction is subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.
