Tracey Berger focuses on complex commercial litigation and competition matters. She has worked on several high-profile litigation matters related to technology markets, including wireless technology and microprocessors. Tracey has gained experience in a range of evolving areas of the law, such as the conduct of standard-setting organizations and electronic discovery standards.
Tracey is an active member of Bingham’s pro bono program, and for several years has focused on prison reform in California. She is one of the lawyers monitoring the state’s implementation of and compliance with two landmark consent orders and injunctions establishing due process rights for adult and juvenile parolees in California. Tracey also serves on the Associate Advisory Committee of the Public Interest Clearinghouse, an organization dedicated to increasing access to legal resources for underserved members of the community.
